A collaborative package

Precision belongs
in the brief.

We work alongside the people responsible for the design, programme and delivery of your home.

FOR ARCHITECTS

Respect for the design.

Discuss layer continuity, space for service zones, unusual geometry and the practical installation sequence before those details reach site.

FOR SELF-BUILDERS

A clearer next step.

Understand the insulation package, the information needed to price it and how it connects with your architect’s specification and your build programme.

FOR MAIN CONTRACTORS

Defined interfaces.

Agree the insulation scope, access requirements and handover points with adjacent trades, including protection of completed membranes.

Your questions, answered

A little clarity,
before you build.

At what stage should we contact TSK?

Ideally while the wall and roof specifications are being coordinated, before work is concealed and before the service strategy is fixed. We can also discuss a project already on site if drawings and access information are available.

Can we send drawings?

Yes. Use the project enquiry form to prepare an email brief, then attach your drawings directly in your email application. Tell us which drawings are current and whether the specification is provisional or agreed.

Can you work to a demanding energy specification?

We can discuss installing the insulation and membrane package to your project team’s agreed details. Any predicted performance needs project-specific calculations; achieved airtightness and certification require the appropriate independent assessment.

Your home. Your ambition.
