Comfort is in
the connections.
A good membrane is only one part of the system. Its joints, edges and service penetrations need the same care.

One continuous
line of care.
Unintended air leakage can carry warmth out of a home. A continuous air barrier, correctly connected at the junctions, is an important part of a low-energy building.
TSK installs specified vapour control layers and associated sealing details. Our timber-frame experience helps us understand how the layers meet at floors, corners, roofs and openings.
The airtight layer and vapour control layer may be provided by the same product, but their functions differ. The build-up, product selection and position need to follow the project’s design and moisture assessment.
What the package can include
- Specified membrane installation with supported and sealed laps.
- Perimeter and junction connections using compatible products.
- Coordination of service penetrations and protection of the air barrier.
- Service-zone battens where specified, helping reduce later membrane penetrations.
The membrane matters.
So does the connection.
Our ranges include Glidevale Protect air and vapour control layers and breather membranes, together with specified ACTIS and Thermic Technology systems. We coordinate the selected layers, compatible tapes and junction details with your insulation package.
We work with some of the country’s largest insulation manufacturers and suppliers, so we can source just about any insulation product at competitive prices.
